Cancellations

 We understand that delays happen and schedules can change unexpectedly. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.


If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to either shorten your appointment to address one concern only or reschedule it entirely.

Cancellations

 We understand that emergencies can arise and occasionally prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows reduce our ability to serve other patients who may be waiting for care.


We kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel.  If three or more appointments are missed, we may require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to schedule your next visit.

No Show Policy

  At Bellissima, your time is valuable, and so is ours.  Missed appointments disrupt our ability to serve other clients and impact our team’s schedule.  To maintain fairness and efficiency, we enforce the following no-show policy:

  • No-Show Definition
    A no-show is defined as missing your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.
     
  • Flat Fee
    A $50 flat fee will be charged for every no-show, regardless of service type. This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
     
  • Prepaid Services or Packages
    If you miss a prepaid appointment, a $50 no-show fee will still apply. The service may also be forfeited at our discretion.
     
  • How to Avoid Fees
    You may cancel or reschedule by phone, text, or email no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid the no-show fee.
